Zero C, Trevethow Riel, Truro

Commencing in early 2016, Fred Champion Groundworks are currently undertaking the groundworks for the new housing scheme named Trevethow Riel, Truro for Zero C at Union Hill, Truro next to the new Waitrose store, where we also undertook the groundworks for Midas Construction on the store. This scheme is facilitated by the Duchy of Cornwall and Zero C are the Developers.

The works for Fred Champion Groundworks consist of bulk earthworks, new roads and infrastructure, drainage and main services for the site and the all the groundworks, including external works to Duchy specification for the 70 houses.
