Midas Homes, Holmans Yard - 350,000m3, Camborne

This bulk excavation remediation contract for Midas Homes has been completed by Fred Champion Groundworks leading the way for over 400 new homes over the next five years. The site has been cleared of Japanese Knotweed and numerous mines have been capped to enable the site to be developed.

Groundworks are currently tendering the next phase of the project which is due to start on site in the new year.
