**Grampound** - The Project has an approximate order value of 1.9 million pounds. It is a mixed development on both brown and greenfield land consisting of 67 units in total. The project includes the refurbishment of the Old Tannery buildings.
We will construct the roads, sewers and building sub-structures.
We look forward to working alongside Linden Homes on this development.
