Bulk Excavation/Groundworks News - FCG at Beechfield Avenue, Torquay

In January 2011, FCG started works on the Beechfield Avenue contract for Leadbitter Construction. The first part of the works consisted of a 20,000m3 cut & fill excersise and also construction of a reinforced earth bank.

Since completing the earthworks, FCG have also been awarded the remaining works of the contract which include construction of a piling matt, reinforced foundations, insitu-concrete retaining walls, concrete columns and a transfer deck.
